Dear Lovely,
You don’t owe them anything.
You don’t owe them an apology for being who you are.
You don’t owe them an explanation on who you are becoming.
Your transformation is between you and your Universe–the light that lives within you.
You don’t owe them anything.
Whenever you feel guilty love, pause and reflect.
Ask yourself where that guilt is coming from. Can you meditate to find the source? Can you grab a piece of paper and write it out for you to read?
Dissect the feeling and detach yourself from the heavy pain. Let go of that pain. Set it free for The Universe to recycle into love.
You don’t owe them anything.
You don’t have to explain your truth. You don’t have to tell them what you’re working on. You don’t have to always share.
Whenever you feel ashamed, hold yourself gently. Pause and reflect. Be bold. Be confident. Don’t yell at yourself. Remember, be gentle.
There are things you can keep to yourself. There are things that are meant to be only for you. If you want to share but are not ready to, that is okay.
We are all on different timelines. There’s no need to compare. There’s no need to rush. Take your time love, they’ll just have to wait.
You don’t owe them anything.
You don’t have to share every part of yourself with everyone. You don’t have to be afraid that they’ll only remember you from that one encounter.
Sure first impressions matter, but the impression that lasts forever is the one you’re constantly working on.
If someone is meant to be in your life, you will have the opportunity to continue to unveil your true, whole self to them.
But one at a time, and not to all.
Unveil it to yourself first.
Because you don’t owe them anything, but you do owe yourself everything.
With love,
